Macaroni with leeks |
Ingredients:

Butter |

Cheese (Of Your Choice) |

Egg |

Leeks |

Macaroni (Thick) |
1-2 |
Pinch |
Pepper (To Taste) |
2-3 |

Salt (To Taste) |

Tomatoes |

Directions:
- Boil the macaroni in salted water until tender.
- Drain and add the butter and half the cheese.
- Place half the macaroni in a small baking pan.
- Clean and cut the leeks and fry them in some butter until tender.
- Add to the macaroni in the baking pan and stir.
- Slice the tomatoes and place on top.
- Add the rest of the macaroni and grated cheese.
- Beat the eggs and pour over the baking pan.
- Top with the salt and pepper and bake in medium oven until golden brown.
