Partridge with tomato |
Ingredients:

Cinnamon (To Taste) |

Orange peels (Grated) |

Directions:
- Clean the partridges very well.
- Fry the partridges and the onions in the oil for about 10 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, parsley, orange rind, cinnamon, clove and a few cups water.
- Cook on medium heat for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve with steamed white rice.
