Greek Food - Recipe: Spaghetti with minced meat sauce


  Spaghetti with minced meat sauce
A quick and easy meal.

Ingredients:
1 Whole Bay Leaves
1.10 lb Ground Beef (Minced Beef)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
1-2 Pinch Pepper (To Taste)
2-3 Pinch Salt (To Taste)
1.10 lb Spaghetti
9 oz Tomatoes (Fresh or Canned)
  Directions:
  • Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion.
  • Add minced meat and continue to saute.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Add water if required.
  • Boil spaghetti in plenty of salted water for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Drain and butter if you want.
  • Serve the spaghetti on a platter, pour the sauce over top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
