Brocoli with tomato |
Ingredients:

Brocoli (Medium size) |

Olive Oil |

Onion (Finely Chopped) |

Pinch |
Pepper (To Taste) |

Salt (To Taste) |

Tomatoes (Finely Chopped) |

Directions:
- Remove and discard the leaves from the brocoli and cut the head into thick pieces.
- Saute the onions in the oil over medium heat until transparent.
- Add the brocoli, tomatoes, salt and pepper and a small amount of water.
- Simmer for 50 minutes, but do not allow ingredients to become dry, add a little more water if necessary.
