Chipies
The Greek French Fry. |
Ingredients:

Medium |
Potatoes |
3-4 |
Pinch |
Salt (To Taste) |

Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut the potatoes into thin pieces, at least 1cm thick.
- Soak them in water for 4-10 minutes.
- Dry with a paper towel.
- Place on an an oiled tray and stir until well oiled.
- Cook for 40 -45 minutes.
- Eat them while they're hot!
