Greek style rice. |
Ingredients:

Mushrooms (Optional, chopped) |

Paprika (To taste) |

Directions:
- Boil the rice following the normal cooking directions, but using the chicken broth instead of just water.
- Add the vegetables and the paprika to the boiling broth.
- **For a change, add a half jar of feta cheese marinated in oil and spices!!
