Greek Food - Recipe: Rice Pilaf


  Rice Pilaf
Great with any entree.

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Butter (Or margarine)
2 Cup Chicken Broth
1-2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup Rice (Long grain)
  Directions:
  • In a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add rice and brown for 1 minute.
  • Add liquid and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
