Rice Pilaf
Great with any entree. |
Ingredients:

Cup |
Butter (Or margarine) |

Cup |
Chicken Broth |
1-2 |
Tablespoon |
Lemon Juice |

Cup |
Rice (Long grain) |

Directions:
- In a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat.
- Add rice and brown for 1 minute.
- Add liquid and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
