Spinach with rice |
Ingredients:

Directions:
- Clean and wash the spinach.
- Wilt, drain and cut into large chunks.
- Finely chop the green onion and fry in the oil for a few minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients all together.
- Stir well and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with the lemon wedges.
