Greek Food - Recipe: Crepe Batter


  Crepe Batter
Savoury or sweet, every Greek loves a crepe.

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)
4 Medium Egg (Whole)
2 Cup Flour
2 Cup Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  Directions:
  • Put all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend for 1 minute
  • Scrape down sides and blend another 20 seconds
  • Refrigertate for at least one hour
  • Cook crepes on a pan at medium-high heat.
  • Stuff and top with fixings of your choice.
