Greek Food - Recipe: Pasta


  Pasta
Basic instructions for preparing pastas.

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon Butter (Seared)
1 lb Macaroni (Long, uncut)
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
3 Pinch Salt
  Directions:
  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until soft but firm.
  • Strain the pasta.
  • Sear the butter in the pot.
  • Return the pasta to the pot.
