Directions:
- Mash the boiled potatoes into a fine puree.
- In a Mortar, grind the garlic with a little salt and a little oil until creamy.
- Gradually add the potatoes, oil, vinegar and seasonings, stirring continuously.
- Serve cold with fried fish or boiled vegetables.
