Greek style caviar that even the kids would like. |
Ingredients:

Lemons (Squeezed) |

Olive Oil |
2/3 |

Potatoes (Boiled) |
1/4 |

Tarama (Fish roe) |

Small |
Yellow Onions |

Directions:
- Mash the tarama, potatoes and onion together.
- Beat the mix until very soft and creamy.
- Add the olive oil and lemon juice together and mix very slowly with other ingredients.
- Serve with olives.
