Green beans in tomato sauce. |
Ingredients:

Garlic (To taste, chopped) |

Directions:
- Clean and wash the beans.
- Warm the oil in a pot and simmer the onions.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except the potatoes) with a little water and slowly cook for 20 minutes.
- Cut each potato into 4 wedges and put them in the pot last.
- If needed, add more water and let the food boil for a while.
- Serve hot.
