Roast chicken and potatoes. |
Ingredients:

Lemons (Squeezed) |

Mustard |

Olive Oil |

Pepper (To taste) |

Potatoes (Small potatoes) |

Salt (To taste) |

Thyme (to taste) |

Directions:
- "Rub" the chicken with the salt & pepper, lemon and mustard.
- Place it in a deep pan with the potatoes, thyme, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Cover the potatoes with water.
- Bake in medium oven for 1 1/2 hours.
