Directions:
- Saute the rabbit portions in the oil until brown.
- Place in a baking dish.
- Add the lemon juice, the garlic, salt, pepper and 1-2 cups (250-500ml) of water.
- Cook at low temperature in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
- When done, sprinkle with the oregano and serve.
