									  Directions: 
										
										
											
												- Mix flour with baking powder and cinnamon. 
      
     
      - Beat the butter well until it becomes white,  then add the sugar and the egg yolks. 
      
     
      - Add the milk, the brandy and the flour. 
      
     
      - Beat the egg whites to make a tight maringue and add the maringue to the mixture.
      
     
      - Butter a cake tin and pour the mixture into it.
      
     
      - Bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
