Chicken with noodles |
Ingredients:

Chicken (Cut in 6 Peices) |

Egg Noodles |

Clove |
Garlic (Crushed) |

Kefalotiri (Grated) |

Olive Oil |

Onion (Finely Chopped) |

Pepper (To Taste) |

Tomatoes (Finely Chopped) |

Directions:
- Fry the chicken pieces and onion in the oil until browned.
- Add the tomatoes, garlic, and a few cups of water and boil for 45 minutes.
- Place the noodles in the pot with the chicken, add more water if necessary (should be about 2 1/2 cups of water for ever 1 cup of dry noodles).
- Stir and boil for another 15 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with the grated cheese.
